STATEMENT OF EXPLICIT CONSENT UNDER THE LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and within the framework of the General Clarification Text and the Company's Regulation on the Protection and Processing of the Personal Data under the Law, submitted by GÜNER KUZU İNŞ. VE SAN. TİC. A.Ş (‘‘Company’’) for the informative purposes,

I hereby accept and declare that my personal data, identification information, address information, contact information and other related personal data can be directly or indirectly and properly processed, obtained, recorded, safely stored in physical or electronic media for an appropriate period of time for processing, retained, modified, rearranged, disclosed and transferred in accordance with legislation, taken over, classified, processed or prevented from being used by the Company, acting in the capacity of Data Controller, or by the Data Processors authorized by taking the necessary security measures in accordance with the general principles expressed in Article 4 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), especially with the principle of being kept for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the legislation, for the purposes related to  the Company’s ability  to provide its products and services to its customers under the best conditions, providing products or services in a reliable and uninterrupted manner, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, performing various transactions related to the aforementioned services, execution and development of operations, promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities of the aforementioned products and services or different products and services, informing customers about opportunities, campaigns and other services and related to fulfilling the requirements of contracts concluded with customers and that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned issues and that I have given my explicit consent within the framework of the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

I hereby accept and declare that my personal data, subject to the above-mentioned purposes, may be transferred by the Company to the employees, officials and group companies (Company and/or business partners, shareholders) of the Company, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit companies, survey companies, in order to carry out their activities and within the framework of legal obligations and legal restrictions, and to the business partners and service providers that the Company receives services or works with in order to carry out the services and/or activities to be provided to me and that I have given my explicit consent in this regard.

In addition, in accordance with the Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation; I hereby accept that I have the right to learn, by applying to the Company, whether my personal data is processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom my personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of my personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data in the event that the reasons for the processing of this data disappear, to request that these correction and deletion requests be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against myself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, to request compensation of the damage in case I suffer due to the unlawful processing of my personal data, and that I have the right to forward my request, including the necessary information identifying my identity to use these rights, and the explanations about my right that I request to use, by filling out the form at www.gunerkuzu.com and by sending a signed copy of the form to the Headquarters of the Company located in Koza Sokak No:47/8 GOP 06700 Çankaya / ANKARA with the documents identifying my identity, or through a notary public or other methods specified in the Law.

I hereby also accept and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is correct and up-to-date and that if there is a change in the information, I will notify the Company about the changes.
